Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at vybezforall@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via vybezforall@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days from being shipped depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. There is a 14 day period for size exchange or in the rare event that we mistakenly send the wrong items. if this is the case, please send us an email at Vybezforall@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your name and order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of acceptance status. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for ant lost return packages.
